Watercolour Pencils

Exceptional layering from an innovative formulation. Intensely vibrant colours that act like ink and dry permanently

Derwent Inktense Pencils are our best water-soluble pencil ever! You can use them dry but mix them with water and the colour turns into vibrant ink. Once it’s dry the colour is fixed and because its permanent it’s great for using on fabric such as silk and cotton.

These water-soluble blocks combine the versatility of Inktense pencils and the freedom of blocks, opening up an exciting world of endless possibilities. Perfect for covering large areas and creating free and expressive marks. Add water to create a pure, translucent, ink-like effect. Once dry Inktense becomes permanent so you can work over the top of it, and it's great for using on silk or cotton! This tin of 24 blocks contains Sherbet Lemon, Sun Yellow, Tangerine, Poppy Red, Chilli Red, Shiraz, Fuchsia, Violet, Iris Blue, Bright Blue, Deep Indigo, Sea Blue, Teal Green, Ionian Green, Apple Green, Field Green, Leaf Green, Mustard, Baked Earth, Willow, Bark, Charcoal Grey, Ink Black and Antique White.
